Requesting a Bus Trip
Groups may request a bus trip through the Council District Office serving their area. The Agency Coordinator assigned to your Council District Office will assist you in submitting your trip request via the Charter Bus Program website.
To find the Council District Office serving your area, visit the Los Angeles City website and enter your group’s address in the “Neighborhood Info” section, then visit the Coordinator List to find the Agency Coordinator assigned to your Council District Office.
Once the trip request is submitted, it will be reviewed by the Agency Coordinator. If approved, your trip request will be forwarded to LADOT, who will then assign your trip to a bus company.
If you have any questions regarding your trip once it’s been scheduled, please contact your Agency Coordinator.
